Refund and Cancellation Policy focuses on 100% customer satisfaction.

There is no cancellation option for the end users

In case of duplicate payment, end user to approach accounts department for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.

Youboo’s Returns Guideline?

  • Returns is accepted only where the product have defect or damage. We do not accept returns in case of wrong selection made by customer.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of Youboo store credit.
  • No Cancellation or Return on wrong selection post delivery. All customers are requested to check the shipping address accurately when placing the order.
  • Returns are implied only where the product has defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking charges. In case of wrong selection of product by the customer, the return request may not be considered post delivery of the product.

Note : - Our products are dispatched in a tamper-proof packing.

Please do not accept the package if you do not find it sealed and please bring it to our knowledge.
